To cope with the quick growth of our company, we are looking for the following candidate:

Position: Client Solution Executives

  • Report to:  Head of Client Solutions Executive
  • Report from: Customer
  • Location: Phnom Penh

Key Role

Management of ATS sales division based on company policies, goals, and objectives while consolidating the company’s imResponsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, planning, and strategy, and pursuing sales opportunities. You will also need to present products, services, to customers to benefit their needs. and to develop and lead the execution of effective sales strategies that meet the potential client, articulate ATS’s business value, and provide clear differentiation over competitors. This includes establishing strong working relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, road show and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data using company’s CRM
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results

Requirements

  • Presentation skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level,Negotiation, Prospecting Skills,
  • Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • 1-2 Years minimum experience in an operation job is the most.
  • Ability to work independently/ as team members/under pressure and long hours.
  • Be confident and self-motivated.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
