Position: Infrastructure & Industrial Market Manager
- Report to: Company Director
- Location: Phnom Penh
Main roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a team of automation and industrial control engineers
- Responsible for promoting and selling company products and integrated system solutions as to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives
- Engage and develop new and existing customers by identifying and drive new sale opportunities and to build / enhance customer relationship
- Preparing tender bid proposals submissions, inclusive of compilation functional /technical information, and various quote/cost from in-house departments and other components, systems vendors
- Overall responsibility for complete management and technical delivery of projects - Overall technical and team management
- Provide support as team members for internal Sales and Service teams.
- Develop and plan sales strategies for meeting sales targets and progressive KPIs.
- Coaching and training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Requirements
- Able to provide quality leadership to a growing team
- Strong communication and IT fluency

- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Skill in prioritizing works, business leads
- Excellent time management and organization
- Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills
- English and Khmer speaking and reading would be an asset
Qualifications & experience
- Experienced across a variety of PLC, SCADA and DCS Systems (Minimum of 5 years).
- Strong Project management and planning skills.
- Previous experience working with or for a Systems Integrator would be highly advantageous.
- Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Industrial
- Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations.
- Knowledge of the water treatment industry would be an asset
- Ability to travel as needed.
