Position: Sales Admin Supervisor
Report to: Sales Admin Manager
Report from: Customer
Location: Phnom Penh
Key Role:
Responsible for leading a small team within the sales department, overseeing the administrative functions of the sales admin team and a significant portion of the role will be administrative support to the Sales admin manager. Primary duties include support and planning activities for sales admin onboarding new customer accounts, reporting, and new hire sale administration assistant responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of sales admin assistants ensuring they are meeting company’s and client’s expectations.
- Prepare sales quotation following company’s templates and policies
- Checking data accuracy in Quotation and CRM Tool (Customer relationship management )
- Check the quality and accuracy of the commercial terms and conditions (e.g., Incoterms,
lead time, warranty….). - Proofread quotation by catching spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.
- Responsible to efficiently monitor the status and SA workload in Bonita and report to sales team leader and directors
- Plan and prioritize the works and tasks of the sales admin teams. Being hands on and assisting teams during peak times of the business.
- Responsible for suggesting to the team to consider alternative products for the price & lead time advantage.
- Work with logistic team to collect information related to component delivery and prices (DDP cost, price increasing, lead time)
- Follow closely with the Sales Administration Manager for the updated copper price.
- Prepare projects costing analysis upon request.
- Make suggestions to improve existing processes.
- Conduct internal auditing as per ISO 9001 requirement.
- Responsible for the candidate to report to the Sales Administrator Manager and Sales & Business Development Manager, working closely with all sales channels.
- At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration
- Product knowledge or industries experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft
- Ability to work independently/ as team members/under pressure and long hours.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret and trend information
- Be confident and self-motivated.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing team strategies
