Job Description
ATS is looking for an experienced electrical engineer in order to lead the electrical designers and support the sales team towards adequate solutions complying with the client's budget and technical requirements.
The senior electrical manager will have key responsibilities at the tender stage in order to build competitive offers, identify opportunities within the projects, and build trust with clients in order to support ATS technical proposals.
Tasks:
Deliver goods to customers in the right place with the right item based on the document. Assist tasks in warehouse requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of technical design solutions and drive electrical designers ensuring ATS proposal meets the client requirements in terms of compliance and budget
- Responsible to challenge clients design on the project scale and identify opportunities of value engineering in order to give ATS a competitive edge
- Support sales engineering team by leading discussions with the clients, project engineers and consultants from technical level up to strategic level.
- Ensuring efficient reporting to management about the technical content of our offer, the level of compliance and risk assessment
- Provide direction or guidance on the development of technical solutions across solution areas (both sales and marketing team), including support and execution.
- Support the sales team by training them in the uses of products, system solutions and services.
- Conduct on site survey of opportunities prospect by the sales team
- Assist in the smooth transition of technical solution requirement from pre-sale to on-sale stage and process and not limited to onsite technical meeting
Requirements:
- Experience in MEP work in Cambodia as senior electrical engineer or previous experience in panel building activity
- Strong knowledge of MV, LV distribution and control systems, keys solutions and manufacturers
- Ability to attend technical meetings with client teams
- Ability to report about technical solutions to various stakeholders
- Master Degree in electrical engineering
- Professional English level (speaking and writing).
