We are hiring MV Service Engineer

Established in 2002, ATS is the one of the leading and fastest growing companies in Cambodia designing, manufacturing and proposing energy distribution solutions meeting the specific needs of the industry, infrastructures, energy, building and transportation markets.

To cope with the quick growth of or companies, we are looking for the following candidate:

Position: MV Service Engineer

Report to: Deputy Director Services & Projects

Report from:  Customer & Internal Staffs

Location: Phnom Penh

Key Role:

We are looking for someone who knows about the service industry, preferable in the MEP industry.
This person will need to assist the Project & Service Deputy Director in strengthening ATS company image and improving ATS client’s experience mostly at on-sales stage (project coordination) and post-sales stage. The objective is to build a long-term and trustworthy relationship with clients.

  • Respond to and communicate with customers in the most efficient manner to ensure their satisfaction
  • Train and provide technical support to teams. Use day-to-day case studies as a recurring training activity.
  • Build team work spirit within the division and with other divisions as well.
  • Report issues, customer complaints and requirement to the management
  • Maintain professional behavior and appearance

Responsibilities:

Pre-sales activities

  • Provide clear and accurate site survey and site inspection report
  • Provide help and advice to the sales team and clients

On-sales activities

  • Prepare, issue & submit quotations for service activity. Client follow-up.
  • Responsible for testing & commissioning of our solutions and products in coordination with our clients.
  • Responsible for customer technical training to ensure that our products and solutions are properly used and maintained (following manufacturer's recommendation).
  • Responsible for providing onsite support when customers encounter technical issues.
  • Responsible for contacting ATS suppliers and partners to solve technical issues encountered with their products.
  • Responsible for creating and providing technical documents on customer requests.
  • Preparing and releasing commissioning reports to clients
  • Process paper works after each service performance included on-site service report, detailed service report, internal technical memo etc...
  • Whenever required, provide technical support to SER and other ATS departments for electrical solutions (LV & MV systems).
  • Review service report issued by technicians

Post-sales activities

  • Prepare quotations for service activity.
  • Provide regular feedback to clients during and after service performance.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot products and solutions.
  • Provide emergency services when required.
  • Process paper works after each service performance included on-site service report, detailed service report, internal technical memo etc...
  • Perform independently preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Review service report issued by technicians
  • Prepare standard scope of work for solutions
  • Whenever required, provide technical support to SER and other ATS departments for electrical solutions (LV & MV systems).
  • Another task assigned by the Manager

MV Projects

  • To communicate the project progress to team members including management and factory. Adjust planning when required
  • Responsible for the admin task (work permit, technical proposal, technical specification submittal...)
  • Responsible to manage the site tools and company asset
  • Responsible daily/weekly report for project progress to his manager
  • Ensure work completion is done as per schedule & standard
  • Responsible for conducting commissioning, testing and report
  • To supervise and assign work to project field coordinators.
  • Responsible educate customer about the product usage and maintenance
  • Preparing and releasing commissioning reports to clients
  • Attend client and internal project coordination meetings. Prepare minutes of the meeting and assist the deputy director to implement the required action and follow-up.
  • Build teamwork spirit within the division and with other divisions as well
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records and documents all customer project activities on the company share-drive (Folder “Service-Internal” and “Service project.doc”).
  • Other task assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Experience with  site service is a plus
  • Be flexible and willing to work under pressure
  • Speak, write and comprehend well in the English language
  • Computer literacy Microsoft Office & Internet
  • Willing to learn and develop knowledge on electrical products and solutions from ATS
  • Ability to communicate with all departments of the company pragmatically
  • Possesses positive attitude and a fast learner
  • Be responsible and accountable for actions, behavior and operations
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
